ONE OF INVESTMENT OPTIONS : ASB.

In todays, we have many options to make an investment. There are two ways to make an investment at AMANAH SAHAM BUMIPUTERA (ASB). The first one is through monthly savings in your asb account and the agents will update your account balance. The second one is through ASB financing. Interestingly, asb financing is only special for ‘bumiputera’.

There are many banks to make asb financing such as:

1) RHB bank

2) maybank berhad

3) ambank

4) cimb bank

asb loan table and payback calculation per month.

If we choose the first option, we can pay our investment at asb agent such as maybank and post office. Then if we choose the second option, we are need to pay at the cash deposit machine of the bank that we make asb financing. Such as for me, I made asb financing 25 years tenure, RM 50,000. So, every month I need to bank in RM 305.12 at my account, then the bank will deduct money from my account.

I am very interested to be a part of investor through such as asb investment, property investment, and land investment, so I hope that one day, I can make this dream come true.

As our social network today’s become wide, there are so many investors that make a seminar program for the youth to make awareness of the importance of invest the money wisely. THE AWARENESS OF BUDGETARY SKILLS.

The headline of the press release said that 22,663 of young people get bankrupts below 35 of age because of lack budgetary skills.

the ministry of youth and sports has cooperate with the insolvency department, headed by de facto law minister, nancy shukri.

the government make a program for youth of how to manage budget. the objective of this program is taking proactive measures to prevent more insolvency cases among young adults similiar to BNM's CREDIT COUNSELLING AND DEBT MANAGEMENT AGENCY (AKPK). the governmenet hope is the youth can gain knowledge of hot to manage their finance and not involve into bankruptcy problem.

Keynote speech by Dr. Raymond Madden, CEO of Asian Institute Of Finance (aif), at International Future Global Economic Development 2015(Ifoged'15) organized by students Of Faculty Of Economics And Muamalat, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia in collaboration with Supply Chain Economics Research Centre (Scerc) Of Chiang Mai University get cited as an article in NST.

The report presents the results of surveys conducted in participation with over 1,000 young professionals aged between 20 and 33 years old in Malaysia. The report provides the financial services industry with a unique insight into the financial attitudes, knowledge and behaviour of this generational cohort.

Apa yang saya faham di dalam pembentangan Dr.Raymond Madden bahawa generasi Y sedang berhadapan dengan masalah kewangan yang besar seperti pembiayaan, peribadi, gadai janji, pembiayaan pendidikan dan kredit. namun, apa yang lebih besar daripada itu, generasi Y menghadapi dengan bebanan hutang pinjaman jual beli kenderaan. pada pendapat saya, seeelok-eloknya, kita sebagai 'fresh-graduate' haruslah mengukur baju di badan sendiri dan bersabar sehingga ekonomi kita sendiri kukuh untuk memiliki kereta yang mewah dan selesa. Tidak ada salahnya kita membeli kereta terpakai dahulu sehingga pendapatan sudah stabil, barulah kita dapatkan kereta yang kita inginkan.

Maka dapatlah saya simpulkan bahawa kita tidak akan lari daripada menanggung hutang, namun kita sendiri perlu bijak dalam mengani segala hutang-hutang tersebut dengan mengukur baju di badan sendiri supaya kita tidak terjerat didalam perangkap hitang hutang jahat tersebut.

KETERUJAAN 20 DARJAH CELCIUS ITU.

The day : Kalung bunga melur dan gunung tak tau nama itu..... betapa hangat ucapan SELAMAT DATANG mereka kami kepada kami, Malaysian. Biarpun suhu kat sana sejuk banget dehh. the lip is not hard to smile.Ya, jantung ni tak tau lah banyak kali kot meloncat keluor (slang ong joho). teruja sangat. Universiti Chiangmai yang sangat cantik terbabas cantiknya,(hiperbola).Subhanallah :)so yeah, nak kabor satu je la. there are many doggies at their university but the students train them very well. comel doggies kat sana cukup makan pedigree yaa?

So,the food is delicious. ye la, lapo, haha..lepastu membeli belah di Anusarn market. Masa ni cari barang untuk souvenir, betapa lah lawaknya bila ingat semula. The way we bargain to the seller. memang terabur grammar.

MENGELILINGI KOTA LAMA.

The day: Bersiar-siar di kota lama dengan guide student CMU. sangat seronok kuasa tiga ya. masa ni semua keluarkan monopod. hahahh. kami ni berkumpul kat kawasan dataran sebelah muzium. luas ya dataran nya. memang habis setiap ceruk kami conquer. ada yang melompat lepastu x jadi jadi gambar nya, jadi nampak la seperti tapak sulaiman terlebih kembang. haha. lepastu pegang monopod, buat video, cakap haiiiiii lebih sepuluh harakat.. ok tak nak cerita lebih nanti ada abang bawang datang.

Berjalan mengelilingi kota lama, ada deretan kedai-kedai, pasar, tembok tembok yang dihiasi pengantin bergambar. hahaaaa. oh yea,, kat chiangmai ni banyakkk sangat rumah urut, so kalau rasa lenguh-lenguh tu singgah kejap rasa urutan thailand dengan mereka punya aroma sewaktu sesi urutan. :).

Tengah hari, kami ke University Chiang Mai untuk membuat persiapan konferens kami.. woot woott.. kami buat rehearsal, kami packing barang, susun kerusi, dan paling penting sistem audio. dan tak lupa juga kami baca doa awal tahun dan akhir tahun sewaktu maghribnya. :)

NATALIE SI GAJAH 55 TAHUN.

The day: Melawat ke Mae Taeng Elephant Park (pronouce:mae teng).pertama, sebelum nak tiba ke tempat gajah berkumpul;

persembahan daripada gajah2 muda.

1) kami naik kereta lembu. takut sebab, tiba tiba dia buat perangai sekali dia kene babap dengan tuan dia hehe..lepastu;

2)naik gajah, namanya Natalie, 55 tahun, bawa kami berjalan merentasi sungai dan denai-denai. kuatnya la natalie ni, rasa macam kesian pula nak naik dia sebab terbayang kan manusia yang berusia 55 tahun. then, the moment bila tiba kat sungai, Natalie poo tetiba. agak nya diorang train sungai tu as their toilet kot. clever! but, aiyoo natalieee. :P

3)kami naik rakit. driver rakit tu comel sebab gigi dia. :P. yass, i love to stare at people's tooth. haha. so the calmness come when er stare at the hills, the trees, the elephant's poop. haha. terapung-apung macam sabut timbul. nasib baik tak ada yang tersangkut pada rakit kami.-__-

So, after zohor, kami bergerak ke Doi Suthep Pui National Park. tempat ni terkenal dengan anak tangganya yang banyak. 3 ribu like that tak silap., batu caves tu pun tak pernah sampai. so, rasa macam eee tingginya. larat ke tu? but, we did it. yeah!! orang lain naik cabel car but aku gigih menapak.

The night: we go to Warorot Market. best sangat, tempat ni senang nak bargain, but sesak sikit lah. sebab, barang barang yang sangat munasabah harga. so, ape lagi? we all borong lah berbakul-bakul t-shirt untuk orang yang tersayang :) actually, warorot ni lebih kepada gerai makan dan baju baju while anusarn pula lebih kepada souvenir :)

SEINDAH SAKURA DI CHIANG MAI.

The day: Royal Park Rajapruek. yelah, tak tipu pun lah. nama dia memang itu.-__-. taman raja yang mana menempatkan bunga-bunga yang sangat cantik, taman yang sangat luas sampai longgar skru lutut and also what we call it? like muzeum tapi berbentuk seperti istana, menempatkan barang barang dan sejarah raja mereka. cool kan? muzeum in park full of flowers :)

So after that we go to Festival City Plaza, Borsang Umbrella Village, kilang beg kulit, kedai perhiasan wanita. oh, Festival City Plaza. 'FESTIVAL' , so we all think ada macam persembahan ke, tarian ke, but, huhu rupanya like The Mines tu ha. -__-..

The night: So when our program team announced;
 *malam ini aktiviti kita ke Warorot Market yaaa?.
*aaaaaaa.. warorot lagiiii. ayat macam bosan tapi pergi jugak because we know even we can go this place again, it will never be same as this time, we go together. :'(

HARI TERAKHIR-17/10/2015(SABTU)
SAMPAIKAN SALAM RINDUKU KEPADA CHIANGMAI.

As early as 4 a.m we all dah bangun, mandi, pack our stuff, solat subuh dan for sure, this is the saddest moment forever ;'( (broken grammar). sayu sangat hati sewaktu kemas barang dalam bagasi, dengar kicauan burung, rasa kesejukan air sewaktu berwudhu'. :'( .

jam 7 pagi, kami bersarapan dan kemudian menaiki trak merah ke Chiangmai International Airport. flight kami jam 9 pagi. rasa sayu sangat hati masa ni. hidup perlu diteruskan,nasi perlu di makan.

At the end, goodbye to;

PENJELAJAHAN KE BUMI CHIANG MAI.-PART 1

12 OCT- 17 OCT 2015

(this post is about overall programme at chiang mai. next post is about sharing per day :) )

Bertolak ke chiang mai pada waktu yang sepatutnya berlepas pada jam 6.55 pagi. Namun takdir Allah, flight yang kami naiki mengalami kerosakan dan terpaksa menunggu sehingga jam 9 pagi .

masa ni yok-yok ooo (beriya) naik siap gambo sekali. sekali kau, insiden hangit. dahla first time naik.  nervous mak nak...satu jek aku fikir time tu, air asia ni memang ada prank enjin termati pastu berasap ke cane. lols.

Pertama kali tau aku naik flight sepanjang 21 tahun hidup. Yelah, bukan anak orang senang. nak, buat sendiri, nak, dapatkan sendiri. macam pantun ye kau ?

So yeah, kami pelajar tahun 3 jurusan pemasaran dengan perkhidmatan kewangan adalah batch pertama dari Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia yang mengadakan konferens di luar negara. Alhamdulillah. we made it, and we proud of it!! jerit kuat kuat!!! haha.. macam tu lah yang selalu diulang-ulang oleh our beloved most important person kami, Dr nuradli ridwan shah bin mohd dali. dr memang tulang belakang kami, kenangan yang memang susah nak move on. sobsss. dr, if you read this, i want to tell , what a beautiful life, Allah have designed our destinations with a precious silaturrahim, with a great moment, with at every problem even we never argue of each opinion, ade je salah faham namun tu bukan kudis. we need to be positive. only positive people can success and success-ian is a positive people. yeha!! and.....kawang-kawan yang banyak sangat berjasa sehingga konferens ni berjaya. hope we can see again in Jannah. :)
